Vide 10.06.2026 (received on 29.06.2026) Hon'ble NCLT, Bengaluru has initiated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and appointed Mr. Amarpal, as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) of M/S Ozone Urbana Infra Developers Private Limited, in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).

Now, Management of affairs of Corporate Debtor shall vest in the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) and power of the board of directors shall stand suspended – Section 17 of IBC Code, 2016

Moratorium U/s 14 of IBC has been declared which (i) Prohibit any Institution of suits or continuation of any case or suit against company, (ii) Prohibit any transferring, encumbering, alienating or disposing of any asset of company, (iii) Prohibit the recovery of any property by an owner or lessor, and (iv) Prohibit Suspension or termination of any license, permit, registration, quota, concession etc of company – Section 14 of IBC Code, 2016

As per the IBC Laws, Public Announcement has already been made on 30.06.2026 in newspapers (i) Times of India (English) and (ii) Varthabharthi (Kannada) and also published on the website of IBBI and this website – www.ozoneurbanacirp.in
